Job summary

Consertus in the United States is seeking a Power BI Developer to join our consulting team delivering data and analytics solutions across client engagements. You will design, develop, and maintain BI solutions that transform complex data into actionable insights, working closely with project teams and client stakeholders.

Ideal candidates have 2-4 years of Power BI dashboard development, strong DAX and SQL skills, and experience with ETL tools like SSIS or Azure Data Factory.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience developing Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Strong knowledge of DAX, Power Query (M), and semantic data modeling.
• Solid SQL / T-SQL skills and experience with ETL tooling.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Power BI semantic models, dashboards, and paginated reports per client needs.
• Build and optimize DAX measures and Power Query transformations.
• Gather requirements with stakeholders and translate into scalable data models.
• Develop SSRS reports and contribute to SSAS tabular modeling.
• Maintain ETL processes using SSIS, Azure Data Factory, or similar tools.
• Create documentation like data dictionaries and technical designs.

You will design, develop, and maintain business intelligence solutions that transform complex data into actionable insights.Working closely with project teams and client stakeholders, you will gather requirements, develop data models, and deliver dashboards that support broader analytics and digital transformation initiatives. This role requires strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
