Job summary

You will collaborate with Operations, HR, Compliance, and other business units, translating reporting needs into practical solutions and ensuring data availability for dashboards and analytics initiatives.

Qualifications

• 0–3 years of experience in business analysis, reporting, analytics, or data-related roles.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models.
• Develop and support data pipelines used for dashboarding and reporting.
• Clean, validate, and transform data from multiple systems.
• Work with business teams to gather requirements and improve reporting.
• Create Excel tools and templates when needed to support business processes.
• Document data sources, report logic, business rules, and user instructions.
• Support testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and user training.
