KGDR Consultants Inc. is seeking a Power BI / Data Analytics Developer to design and deliver reliable, scalable reporting solutions using data from multiple business systems.

You will translate complex business processes into data models and reporting logic, ensuring reports are accurate, maintainable, and easy to use. You will partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, design semantic models, and build interactive Power BI reports, dashboards, and KPIs.

Competenze

• Strong hands-on experience with Power BI, DAX, Power Query, SQL and relational data modeling.
• Experience designing semantic models using dimensional modeling concepts and data grain.
• Ability to validate and reconcile data back to source systems before delivering reporting solutions.
• Clear understanding of translating business processes into data relationships, calculations and KPIs.
• Excellent communication skills to work with stakeholders and technical teams.

• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate reporting needs into data and analytics solutions.
• Connect, integrate, and reconcile data from multiple systems and sources.
• Design and maintain semantic models including fact and dimension tables and relationships.
• Develop data transformations using Power Query, SQL, DAX, and PySpark as needed.
• Build Power BI reports, dashboards, KPIs, drillthroughs, tooltips, and filters.
• Develop complex DAX measures and business logic for operational, financial, project, and portfolio reporting.
• Validate data mappings and reconcile discrepancies across source systems.
• Troubleshoot data-model issues, refresh failures, and performance problems.
• Publish and maintain solutions in Power BI Service and Microsoft Fabric with proper permissions and gateways.
• Collaborate with users to investigate reporting questions and root causes of data discrepancies.
• Improve reports and data models based on changing requirements and stakeholder feedback.
