UniFirst is seeking a Power BI Data Analyst to design, develop, and maintain data-driven reporting solutions that support strategic decisions across the organization.

You will integrate data from multiple sources, validate data integrity with stakeholders, develop forecasts, and present insights to leadership while ensuring data quality. This role offers growth in analytics capabilities within a collaborative, data-driven culture.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience building dashboards and reports in Microsoft Power BI.
• Strong SQL and data analysis skills.

The Power BI Data Analyst is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining data-driven reporting solutions that support strategic decision-making across the organization. This role leverages Power BI and other analytics tools to integrate, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources, ensuring accurate and meaningful business insights. The Business Intelligence Analyst partners closely with internal stakeholders to validate data integrity, identify trends and opportunities, develop forecasts, and deliver actionable recommendations to leadership. This position also plays a key role in monitoring data quality, troubleshooting reporting issues, and implementing scalable analytics solutions to meet evolving business needs.

The estimated salary for this position ranges from $74,000 to $104,000 yearly. Actual compensation will vary based on factors including but not limited to the candidate’s skills, experience, and qualifications. Geographic differentials may also apply depending on the position’s location. There is no application deadline for this role; recruitment will remain open until the position is filled.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
