Job summary

Bowhead seeks a Data Analytics & Data Engineering Support Specialist to design, develop, and maintain dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, and Excel. You will build and optimize data pipelines, gather requirements, and support UAT to ensure accurate reporting.

You will work with ERP data, validate data quality, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet compliance and audit standards across enterprise data platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 3-7+ years in data analytics, data engineering, or BI.
• Experience developing dashboards in Power BI and Tableau.
• Strong SQL proficiency with relational databases.
• Experience building data pipelines using Python and ETL tools.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and analytics reports using Power BI, Tableau, and Excel.
• Develop, optimize, and maintain data pipelines supporting dashboards and reports.
• Participate in requirements sessions with project teams and stakeholders.
• Support UAT activities, including validation of reporting outputs and issue resolution.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and performance across reporting environments.
• Provide technical documentation and knowledge transfer as required.
• Analyze ERP data and build data pipelines integrating ERP data into analytics platforms.
• Collaborate with financial and functional stakeholders to meet operational and audit standards.
