Job summary

Speria MTech, a leader in software for live animal protein producers, seeks an analytical BI Analyst to drive reporting and data-driven decisions. You’ll build Power BI dashboards, model data, and deliver KPI reporting for Finance, Projects, and Operations.

You’ll collaborate with stakeholders, automate reporting, and help non-technical teams understand insights to influence strategic planning and forecasting processes.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience as a BI Analyst, Financial Analyst, or similar role.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience building Power BI dashboards from scratch.
• Strong data modeling and data analysis experience.
• Experience developing reports, KPIs, and business insights.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards from scratch.
• Create KPI reporting and executive-level reporting solutions.
• Develop reporting frameworks that improve visibility into business performance.
• Automate reporting processes and reduce manual effort.
• Deliver actionable insights from operational and financial data.
• Collect, validate, organize, and analyze business data.
• Perform data modeling to support reporting and analytical initiatives.
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through data analysis.
• Improve data quality, consistency, and reporting integrity.
• Partner with Finance, Projects, Operations, and Leadership teams.
• Gather reporting requirements and translate them into business solutions.
• Present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Serve as a trusted advisor for data-driven decision-making.
• Support project-based revenue forecasting and reporting.
• Analyze forecast variances and key business drivers.
• Develop dashboards that support planning and forecasting initiatives.
