What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Develop and implement governance frameworks for customer and vendor master data across all ERPs (System 21, NetSuite, D365)
• Perform deep-dive data mining and analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities across Shared Services operations
• Design and maintain dashboards and reports using advanced Excel and Power BI
• Collaborate with IT and ERP teams to improve data integration, accessibility, and reporting capabilities
• Source and execute initiatives focused on improving data quality, governance, and analytics maturity

What is Required (Qualifications):

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in analytics or Shared Services operations
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI; Tableau experience is a plus
• Strong understanding of ERP systems and master data structures (System 21, NetSuite, D365)
• Exceptional analytical skills with experience in data mining, trend analysis, and insight generation
