Job summary

IQ Resource Group, Inc. is seeking an entry-level general laborer for 1st or 3rd shift in Manitowoc, WI. No experience required; we provide training and a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will weigh and fill buckets with powdered resin, read labels, stock machines, inspect materials for contamination, maintain clean work areas, monitor inventory, and perform basic math with attention to detail while working safely and independently. Shifts are Monday to Friday: 1st 6am–2pm, 3rd 10pm–6am.

• Ability to stand for long hours.

Responsibilities

• Weigh and fill buckets with powdered resin according to production requirements.
• Read labels and follow work instructions to ensure correct materials are used.
• Stock rotational molding machines with resin to support production operations.
• Inspect materials for contamination and maintain clean, organized work areas.
• Monitor resin inventory and ensure proper storage and coverage of materials.
• Perform basic math and measurements with attention to detail and quality standards.
• Work independently and safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Hours:

• 1st Shift: 6am to 2:00pm; Monday to Friday
• 3rd Shift: 10 pm to 6am; Monday to Friday
