Hentzen Coatings is seeking a Powder Production Technician for the 1st shift (7:00 AM - 3:30 PM). You will sample, test, adjust, produce, and troubleshoot powder coatings while working with the Quality Control Department to ensure product integrity.
Responsibilities include operating and setting up production equipment, following batch tickets, weighing materials, and maintaining a clean, organized work area. Prior manufacturing experience is preferred.

The Powder Production Technician performs all operations required to sample, test, adjust, produce, and troubleshoot the successful manufacture of powder coatings. Machine and equipment disassembly, reassembly, cleaning, and setup are required. This position works closely with the Quality Control Department.
High school diploma or GED preferred; additional related technical training is a plus. Prior Manufacturing Experience Preferred (approximately 3-12 Months), including the ability to operate or learn equipment such as extruders and mills.
