Job summary

Linde Advanced Material Technologies Inc. in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Processing Technician to join our manufacturing team on 1st shift (06:00am–02:30pm).

You will follow PMIs, JSAs, and production schedules to safely and efficiently produce high-quality powder materials. You will operate and maintain large-scale equipment like atomizers, spray dryers, and forklifts, perform minor repairs, and work in a controlled environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow complex instructions.
• Strong math skills and unit conversions are essential.
• Experience operating plant equipment and industrial vehicles.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift up to 44 lbs.
• Ability to safely wear and work while using a respirator.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and quickly learn production software.

Responsibilities

• Interpret PMIs, JSAs, and production schedules to execute tasks safely and efficiently.
• Support safety initiatives and comply with policies.
• Follow detailed turnover reports and instructions while balancing multiple tasks.
• Perform batch chemistry math including weight percentage conversions.
• Operate and maintain large-scale powder production equipment and perform minor repairs.
