Overview
Reporting to the Paint Supervisor, the Powder Painter is primarily responsible for applying powder paint on production parts. Must have powder application knowledge. May be required to help in other production operations within the department. Must be able to perform all task of Paint tech 3 position. Good housekeeping and organizational skills are an essential part of this role. This position is highly technical and good team working skills are needed.

Qualifications
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to efficiently work in a team and coordinate work with other departments.
- Aptitude to take orders and execute the same efficiently.
- Knowledge of Basic Print reading and torque values.
- Have 2 years experience with powder application unless promoted with in department.
- Basic Computer Knowledge.
- High school degree, diploma or a GED equivalent qualification from is accredited institution.
- Demonstrated detail orientation, self motivation skills and ability to multi-task
- Must be able to help in ALL areas of the paint department when needed
