Job summary

H.E. Williams, Inc. is seeking a Powder Painter to operate a spray gun applying powder coating to components on a conveyor line.

This role starts at $18 to $24 per hour and runs Monday through Thursday, 5:00am to 3:30pm, in our Carthage, Missouri facility. You will maintain gun settings, ensure quality standards, and keep the work area clean while following safety procedures. • Must read, understand and communicate in basic English.
• Safety-sensitive role requiring adherence to procedures.
• Willingness to follow written and verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Apply powder paint to components on a conveyor line.
• Adjust, monitor, and maintain powder gun settings.
• Clean and maintain the work area free of debris and residue.
• Assist cleaning of washing area as needed.

Position Responsibilities

• Apply powder paint to component, in compliance with quality standards
• Adjust, monitor, and maintain appropriate paint gun settings
• Clean and maintain work area, free of debris and paint residue
• Assist cleaning washing area

Position Requirements

• Ability to read, understand, and communicate basic English
• Demonstrate ability and willingness to follow instructions
• This position is deemed safety-sensitive
