Job summary

Agri-Mark/McCadam/Cabot Creamery in Vermont is hiring a Powder Packaging Operator for the 2nd shift (2pm–10pm). This full-time role pays a base rate of $26.15 per hour with a 7% night differential and eligibility for increases every six months during the first two years.

You will work in a small team, packaging whey powder into bulk bags, lifting up to 50 lbs, operating the palletizing line and a sit-down forklift, while maintaining quality records and safety.

Qualifications

• Entry-level position in packaging operations.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Team-based work with attention to quality specifications.

Responsibilities

• Package whey powder into bulk bags and palletize.
• Meet and exceed quality specifications and maintain accurate records.
• Operate the sit-down forklift to place pallets in racks.
