Job summary

Agri-Mark/McCadam/Cabot Creamery in Vermont is hiring a Powder Packaging Operator for the 2nd shift (2pm–10pm). This full-time role pays a base rate of $26.15 per hour with a 7% night differential and eligibility for increases every six months during the first two years.

You will work in a small team, packaging whey powder into bulk bags, lifting up to 50 lbs, operating the palletizing line and a sit-down forklift, while maintaining quality records and safety.

A great opportunity awaits you to join our Agri-Mark/McCadam/Cabot Creamery team as a Powder Packaging Operator. This is a full time (40 hour/week), 2nd shift 2pm-10pm) position. It offers a base rate pay of $26.15 per hour and an additional 7% night differential added to the base rate. This position also offers eligibility for rate increases every 6 months for the first two years of employment. There are ample opportunities for advancement with this entry level position.

In this role you\'ll be working as a team of 2, operating the various machinery necessary to package whey powder in bulk bags and palletize them. You will help the team meet and exceed quality specifications as well as ensure accurate records and completed and maintained. This position requires the ability to lift 50lbs. frequently. This position also drives a sit down forklift to put pallets of whey powder in racking systems.
