High Country Plastics is seeking a motivated Powder Operator to join our growing production team. This hands-on role involves measuring, blending, and loading plastic resin materials, while operating mixers, grinders, and dryers to keep production running smoothly.

You will maintain accurate material tracking, inspect for quality, and support a safe, organized work environment in a fast-paced setting with a strong team ethic and family culture.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing or production experience preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
• Team-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Measure, blend, and load plastic resin materials for production.
• Operate mixers, grinders, dryers, and other material handling equipment.
• Maintain accurate material tracking and inventory records.
