Job summary

Fusion Inc. is seeking a Powder Manufacturing Operator in Willoughby, OH. The role involves hands-on foundry-style work, weighing and processing alloy powders, loading melts, and ensuring accurate inventory as part of a tight-knit team.

Responsibilities include operating atomizing furnaces, screening and blending powders, recording run data, and maintaining equipment in good working order. A high school diploma and 1–2 years in manufacturing are preferred, with PPE and safety procedures

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years manufacturing/foundry experience preferred.
• Must be able to wear respirators and PPE.
• Strong math and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Weigh alloy melt charges and load into melt platform.
• Operate atomizing furnaces and control powder processing.
• Record process parameters and ensure proper labeling of materials.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and support 5S housekeeping.
