Job summary

The position emphasizes quality, safety in high-heat environments, and opportunities to contribute to continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to use micrometer and related measuring tools.
• Ability to stand for long periods, with frequent bending and reaching.
• Ability to tolerate high temperatures in the work environment.
• Ability to accurately complete paperwork.
• Ability to work overtime.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload ovens and run setup presses.
• Inspect the product.
• Use measuring equipment and interpret its readings.
• Provide input for continuous process improvement.
• Communicate job-related information clearly, in writing and orally.
