Job summary

Alloy Holdings LLC is seeking a Powdered Metal Production Machine Operator for the 2nd shift (3pm–3am). This full-time role requires 1–2 years of experience in powdered metal and prefers experience with small parts assembly or compaction equipment.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading ovens, running setup presses, inspecting parts, and contributing to process improvements. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, able to stand long hours, tolerate high temperatures, and complete paperwork

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience using a micrometer and related measurement tools.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in high-temperature environments.
• Willingness to work overtime.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.

POWDERED METAL PRODUCTION MACHINE OPERATOR – 2nd Shift

Full-time Production Machine Operator needed with 1 to 2 years of experience in the powdered metal industry. Prior experience with small parts assembly or operation of compaction equipment in the making of powdered metal components is preferred. Regular hours M-Th, 3pm – 3am.

Responsibilities Include

• Loading and unloading ovens and running set-up presses.
• Inspecting product.
• Utilize measuring equipment and information obtained from its use.
• Provide active input for continuous process improvement.
• Effectively and accurately communicate written and oral job-related information.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to use micrometer and use related tools.
• Close attention to detail.
• Ability to stand for long periods, frequent bending and reaching.
• Ability to tolerate high temperatures in the work environment.
• Ability to accurately complete paperwork.
• Adequate math skills.
• Ability to work overtime.
