Base pay range

$18.00/hr - $20.00/hr

Position Summary

Effectively load and unload the automated powder coating paint line.

Typical schedule: 5:00am-3:30pm, Monday - Thursday.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Report any defects or errors observed on the parts before loading and after painting.
• Properly space and mark orders for color changes and separations.
• Prepare the system run by masking, plugging, or bolting as needed.
• Ensure all parts are properly identified with numbers and tags from job packets.

Qualifications

• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs., bend, squat, twist, and stand for long periods.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work overtime.
• Prompt and reliable attendance is required.
