Qualifications

• Requires: successful completion of employment selection process and experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Must be able to operate a variety of industrial production equipment and possess good math skills and mechanical ability.
• Be flexible and willing to rotate work assignments; forklift operation certification is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Preassembly: weigh raw materials per batch ticket and pallet for processing.
• Mixing: operate mixing machines, verify ingredients per ticket, clean mixers, log activity.
• Extrusion: operate and monitor extruder per product data; adjust parameters and log activity.
• Grinding or Milling: operate milling equipment, package and label finished product, maintain logs and equipment.
