Responsibilities

• Complies with safety, quality, and housekeeping standards.
• Prepare parts for coating.
• Follow powder coating application principles and practices.
• Operate coating equipment including guns, hoppers, and booth systems.
• Monitor gauges and equipment for defects.
• Bake parts at appropriate temperatures within time limits.
• Ensure parts meet quality and on-time production goals.
• Load/unload parts onto fixtures.
• Maintain and clean painting equipment.
• Follow cleanup procedures and pass materials along conveyor line.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
