Job summary

Spectrum Industries, Inc. is seeking a team member to prepare production components surfaces for finishing at our Chippewa Falls, WI facility. The role requires loading/unloading parts on the overhead line, inspecting for defects, and operating a finishing booth to set recipes.

You will also handle powder loading and recordkeeping for daily throughput. The position offers a 3-day work week (Tue–Thu, 5:00am–5:00pm) with 12-hour shifts and a 11.2% shift differential pay, plus comprehensive

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Loads and unloads parts from the overhead conveyor production line.
• Inspects parts for defects.
• Operates automatic finishing booth to predetermined settings/ recipes.
• Adjusts automatic finishing booth base to meet criteria.
• Loads powder into powder kitchen.
• Records information such as quantities, work times, dates, and other job information on daily time records and routing sheets.
• Other duties as assigned.
