Job summary

Powder Coating Technician role with ETS Staffing in Vermont requires hands-on experience applying powder coatings and operating electrostatic spray equipment. You will monitor ovens, manage curing cycles, and ensure coating thickness meets specifications.

You will collaborate with a team to troubleshoot equipment, report quality findings, and maintain production efficiency on a 2nd shift. In-person work with strong benefits in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities
