Job summary

SURGE Staffing is seeking a Powder Coating Supervisor to oversee daily powder coating, warehouse, and production operations in Griffin, GA. The role requires hands-on powder coating and electrical experience, plus prior leadership in manufacturing or warehouse settings.

You will lead a team, ensure quality and efficiency, coordinate material handlers, and maintain a safe, organized work environment while supporting manufacturing processes and equipment maintenance.

Qualifications

• Hands-on powder coating experience is required.
• Hands-on electrical experience is required.
• Prior supervisor or lead experience in a manufacturing, production, or warehouse environment preferred.
• Experience with molding equipment and manufacturing processes.
• Ability to assemble and wire electrical control panels is a plus.
• Strong understanding of workplace safety and production procedures.
• Ability to lead, train, and motivate a team.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions with minimal supervision.
