Job summary

Stryker in Portage, MI is seeking a manufacturing associate on first shift (Mon-Fri, 4:45am-1:15pm) with occasional overtime on Saturdays. You will perform painting and powder coating, load/unload parts, and set equipment to meet tolerance and color specs.

Required are a High School diploma or GED and manufacturing experience. Expect lifting 50+ lbs and contributing to safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives. Compensation: $23.90/hour plus bonus and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Paint and powder processes to prepare components per specifications.
• Unload parts and visually inspect completed parts.
• Set paint/powder equipment for proper tolerances and color.
• Ensure work readiness, cleanup and quality of own work and area.
• Support safety, continuous improvement and on-time, error-free shipments.
• Meet schedule and overtime requirements, including weekends.
• Able to lift/push/pull 50+ lbs.
