Qualifications

Job Summary

Parabit is seeking a motivated, innovative, problem solver with a comprehensive understanding of all facets of Paint and Finishing Work. Candidates must have a minimum of three (3) years of automotive painting or millwork finishing experience. The applicant must be proficient in fabricating top quality finished products. Applicants must be able to read and review shop drawings. A strong work ethic and personal commitment to quality and service are essential for this position. The position will have direct oversight of the shop environment including employee supervision, production schedules and accountability. Adhering to deadlines and time management skills are essential. We are looking for a leader with excellent communication skills that is highly organized, reliable, trustworthily, and efficacy driven.

  • Apply silk screen and vinyl graphic finishes as needed.
  • Adhere to established policies and procedures and demonstrate self-motivation and reliability.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and motivate employees.
