Job summary

TRUMPF is seeking a Powder Coat Specialist to perform painting-related processes, prepare parts, and ensure defect-free delivery. The role requires handling parts, preparing for spray, and maintaining quality and paperwork, with supportive tasks in powder coat and 5S areas.

Experience in industrial manufacturing or powder coating is preferred; a two-year technical degree or equivalent is expected. Competitive benefits and an hourly pay range are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment or powder coating area is preferred.
• Knowledge of metal preparation and powder painting strongly preferred.
• Two-year technical degree or suitable combination of education and work experience.

Responsibilities

• Load parts onto conveyor line and ensure proper preparation for paint/powder coating.
• Ensure parts are clean, dry and 100% quality before coating.
• Follow rework policies for defective parts and maintain proper paperwork.
• Use area tools and equipment such as forklifts and drills as required.
• Support 5S and preventive maintenance in the powder coat area.
