Job summary

Reading Truck Group is seeking a skilled Powder Coat Sprayer to apply powder coatings and paints to truck bodies in our Reading, PA facility. You will ensure even application, mix coatings to spec colors, and prepare surfaces for high-quality finishes.

Experience with paint and coating processes is preferred. This role supports our manufacturing operations and offers opportunities for growth within a long-standing truck body producer.

Qualifications

• Powder coating and paint application experience.
• Comfort with coordinating colors and viscosities for coatings.

How You Will Make an Impact

Powder Coat Sprayers mix paints for powder coating; provide an even application of paint to truck bodies using a powder coat sprayer.

The Nuts and Bolts

• Spray and powder coat the truck body
• Mix paints, powder coat, enamels or lacquers to specified colors, consistencies and viscosities for spraying
• Prepare surfaces and apply a wide variety of coatings to obtain high grade finish on parts and bodies

Required Credentials

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Prior experience with paint and coating
