Responsibilities

• Maintain chemistry balance of wash cycle.
• Set up and take down materials for spraying.

Job description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Identifying, picking, and returning of powder boxes correctly according to work schedule.
• Electrostatic powder coating of products of varying sizes and material in a spray booth.
• Ability to spray powder to the correct thickness range as specified by the engineering department.
• Powder coater is responsible for the cleaning of the spray gun and paint booth used that day.
• Quality control review of unloading parts off the production line and identifying defects within drying stage.
• Ensure precise chemistry balance of the wash cycle process.
• Set up and take down of materials to be sprayed.

• Ability to effectively and efficiently communicate information and respond to questions from shop lead, supervisor, and other departments.

Required Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or GED
