The technician will operate and troubleshoot equipment, mix and apply powder coating materials, and ensure all safety and quality standards are adhered to during production.

Qualifications

• Experience in powder coating, spray painting, or similar manufacturing preferred.
• Knowledge of powder coating materials, processes, and equipment.
• Ability to use hand tools safely and effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and quality inspection ability.
• Ability to troubleshoot coating systems.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor the powder coating line to meet specifications.
• Apply powder coatings using electrostatic spray guns.
• Inspect coated parts for defects and ensure uniform finishes.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment.
• Maintain wash system and chemical pH levels.
• Adhere to safety protocols and environmental regulations.
• Manage inventory and document production records.
• Suggest improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
