Job summary

Monroe Truck Equipment, a division of Aebi Schmidt USA, is seeking a Powder Coat Painter in Monroe, WI. The role operates on the 2nd shift (3pm-1:30am, Mon-Thu) and involves coating parts through powder application, surface prep, and drying procedures.

Responsibilities include handling powders, configuring spray nozzles, maintaining temperature control, and ensuring safe operation of conveyors and drying racks. We offer a competitive wage and comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Able to lift 55 lbs unassisted.
• Able to use crane, tugger, hoists and forklifts.
• Able to read, write and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Able to read and execute instructions on blueprints and job instructions.
• Able to perform basic math.
• Able to follow written, oral or diagrammed instructions with common sense.

Responsibilities

• Pour powder into reservoir and prepare coating materials.
• Connect hoses to spray nozzles and adjust spraying pressure.
• Set nozzle positions and direct coating to articles on conveyor.
• Regulate coating solution temperature for proper viscosity.
• Remove coated items from conveyor and place in drying racks.
• Paint parts and prep surfaces with chemicals and hand tools.

Skills
