Challenger Lifts, Inc., a division of Snap-on, seeks a paint line associate to apply powder coat paint and prepare equipment. The role includes removing media after blasting, hanging parts on the line, and performing light assemblies under supervision.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, be detail oriented, able to stand long hours, lift up to 50 pounds, and work overtime when required. Safety PPE is mandatory, and teamwork is essential.

Responsibilities

• Apply powder coat paint with electrostatic spray gun.
• Prepare and maintain booth and equipment; keep area clean.
• Remove media after shot blast process.
• Hang and remove parts on the paint line.
• Perform assemblies on 2-post product as needed.
• Follow directions from Production Supervisor.
