MANUFACTURING TECHNICIAN III
At WARN, we build products made to take on the toughest terrain out there. That takes more than great equipment. It takes highly skilled people who know how to troubleshoot problems, dial in processes, and keep production moving.
We're looking for a Manufacturing Technician III who knows machining inside and out and isn't afraid to take the lead when things get complicated.
If you're the person people call when a machine isn't running right, a setup needs to be better, or a process needs to be figured out, this could be your next career move.
This isn't an entry-level technician role. You'll be a technical leader on the floor, tackling complex manufacturing challenges while helping make our equipment, processes, and people better.
We're looking for someone who has spent serious time around machining and manufacturing equipment and knows how to turn that experience into results.
You don't just know how to run equipment. You understand why it runs the way it does.
You're someone who:
This role works across both shop and office environments. You'll spend time at a computer programming and documenting processes, but you'll also be out on the floor working directly with equipment and production teams.
You'll use equipment and systems including CNC machines, manual machines, CAD, ERP systems, Microsoft Office, inspection equipment, hand tools, and other manufacturing equipment.
Here's what you can expect:
