Job summary

Mayville Engineering Company, Inc. is seeking a Powder Coat Operator to support the powder coating line, including set up, scanning parts, hanging, unloading, and inspecting coated parts.

You will use a computer to enter part information and inventory in the ERP system, follow safety procedures, and comply with Lockout/Tagout requirements. This role requires punctual attendance, basic math and computer skills, and the ability to operate a crane or hoist as needed; additional duties may be

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Proficient basic math and computer skills.
• LOTO awareness level training.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety and environmental procedures.
• Come to work every day, on time as scheduled.
• Proficient communication skills.
• Understand and Follow maintenance Lock out Tag Out procedures when applicable.
• Use computer to enter part information/inventory in ERP system.
• Visually inspects all coated parts to ensure quality adherence.
• Plug parts to fill holes.
• Ability to use crane and hoist.
• Any other duties as assigned by supervisor.
