Base pay range

$20.00/hr - $25.00/hr

We are looking for an Industrial Finisher skilled in painting and powder coating. Responsibilities include preparing surfaces, applying finishes to metal parts, and inspecting the final products for quality and consistency. You will operate spray guns and powder coating equipment, ensuring that all work meets industry standards. Experience with industrial finishing processes is required for this position.

Responsibilities

• Apply paint and powder coatings to metal parts according to specifications.
• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, masking, and sanding to ensure proper adhesion.
• Operate spray guns, powder coating equipment, and other finishing tools.
• Inspect finished products for quality, color uniformity, and thickness.
• Maintain equipment and follow safety protocols in a production environment.

Requirements

• Candidate should have at least two years’ experience in the metal industry (Preferred)
• Must be able to precision spray paint a variety of metal products while maintaining proper surface consistency and film thickness.
