Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in powder coating, coatings/painting, or manufacturing preferred (training available).
• Ability to read blueprints and follow work instructions.
• Desire to learn and grow within the organization; flexible to support multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Apply powder coating to fabricated parts, ensuring consistent quality and finish.
• Prepare and clean parts prior to coating, including masking, sanding, and deburring.
• Maintain and troubleshoot powder coating equipment, including spray guns and curing ovens.
• Assist fabrication and machining teams with tasks such as saw cutting, cleaning weldments, part prep, and general shop support.
• Perform quality checks to ensure all work meets specifications.
• Support team members as needed across the fabrication department.
• Follow all safety and quality procedures.
