Qualifications

• Must be able to work in a poultry processing and packaging environment.
• Must be able to work in wet, humid, and cold conditions, including refrigerated areas when required.
• Must be able to frequently lift and carry up to 45 pounds.
• Must be able to push and pull racks weighing up to 95 pounds of force.
• Must be able to stand, walk, balance, stoop, and climb steps as needed throughout the shift.
• Must be able to perform repetitive hand, arm, and upper body movements.
• Must be able to safely handle poultry products and operate around moving production equipment.
• Must be able to reach at or above shoulder height and below waist level as required.
• Must be able to wear all required personal protective equipment (PPE), including hairnets, rubber boots, hearing protection, smocks, gloves, eye protection, and other required safety gear.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with coworkers and supervisors.
• Must be able to follow food safety, quality, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.
• Must be able to maintain regular, dependable attendance.
• Must be able to submit to and pass any required pre-employment screenings.
• Other duties as assigned.
