Job summary

The Judge Group, INC. is seeking a Poultry Shipping Supervisor to manage daily operations in the receiving, warehouse, and shipping areas of a poultry processing facility in Marietta, GA.

You will ensure products are sent out safely, accurately, and on time, guiding a team across multiple departments. Responsibilities include overseeing loading and shipping, ensuring proper temperatures per USDA/HACCP guidelines, training staff, maintaining records, and enforcing PPE on the floor.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising 10+ employees on shift.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple departments to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee loading, staging, storage, and shipping to meet schedules and production targets.
• Verify poultry handling under proper temperatures and USDA/HACCP guidelines.
• Supervise and train shift workers and warehouse staff (10+ employees).
• Track inventory, verify orders against shipping records, and log key details.
• Enforce PPE and other health and safety regulations on the production floor.
• Coordinate with production, QA, maintenance, and drivers to resolve workflow issues.
