Job summary

The ideal candidate has a BS in Engineering or Food Technology, at least 3 years in a food-tech setting, and strong English skills to collaborate across cultures and disciplines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/ Food Technology preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a technological job in the food industry.
• Strong English skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience with and comfort working in a multi-cultural, multi-discipline.

Responsibilities

• Translate technical, technological and commercial information into an accurate quote and order confirmation.
• Work in compliance with the internal sales process from market to order and order to cash, including change orders.
• Challenge and support the input from the front office sales team starting points and process.
• Monitor preliminary costing and project margins; liaise with engineering and product/process specialists.
• Provide quotations and order confirmations; invoicing where applicable.
• Coordinate technical and/or food technology risks for non-standard solutions.
• Ensure data accuracy in the Company CRM systems (defined for SE role in CRM).
