Farmer Focus is seeking a Trim Line Trainer to mentor new hires on the production floor. The role emphasizes hands-on teaching, adherence to safety standards, and sustaining a coaching culture aligned with Farmer Focus CARES values.

You will support departmental leaders, conduct weekly check-ins, and ensure new employees understand processes, policies, and compliance requirements on a first-hand basis.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to learn and perform a variety of general labor duties in a poultry production environment.
• Available to work assigned shifts, including overtime and weekends, as required.
• Ability to follow safety requirements, including the use of PPE, company policies, and departmental procedures.
• Ability to perform the essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsabilités

• Hands-on training in departments with new hires to learn skills for production (70% of time).
• Monitor new hires and set clear expectations for techniques across tasks.
• Assist Orientation trainer during orientation week; check understanding at 2-, 4-, and 7-week marks (30%).
• Daily evaluations to track improvements and training needs.
• Analyze processes to determine training needs and opportunities.
• Communicate concerns to Leads and Supervisor; collaborate with department leadership.
• Serve as subject matter expert on the production floor; partner with operations and safety.
