Job summary

Kettelsen International Recruiting seeks a Poultry Production Technician in the US to maintain inventory, supervise broiler egg handling, incubation and vaccination processes. You will monitor chick environments and ensure biosecurity while adhering to USDA/FDA regulations and company procedures.

The role requires engineering-related education or licenses, strong English communication, ability to work independently, and willingness to overtime. 40+ hours weekly with rotating weekends.

Qualifications

• Proficient English communication and ability to work independently.
• University degree in engineering or related field with transcript.
• Professional engineering license (Cédula Profesional) in hand.
• US/Mexican/Canadian citizenship.
• Willingness to work 40+ hours with overtime.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory and observe broiler hatching eggs.
• Tray and set eggs for incubation; manage turning schedules.
• Transfer eggs between incubators/hatchers via Embrex vaccination process.
• Monitor chick environments for proper temperature and drafts; prevent avian disease.
• Vaccinate according to vaccination programs and maintain records.
