Job summary

Pilgrim’s is seeking a Production Hourly role in the United States. You will process poultry products, adhere to USDA and Pilgrim’s standards, and operate production equipment in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities include maintaining sanitation, reporting safety concerns, and supporting continuous improvement while collaborating with team members. Candidates should be able to stand long shifts and lift up to 50 pounds, with shift differentials and attendance bonuses described in the posting.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience: Poultry or food industry experience preferred.
• Qualifications: Ability to work in fast-paced production; follow instructions; work in a team; reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Process poultry products per USDA and Pilgrim’s standards.
• Operate production equipment safely and report malfunctions.
• Keep work area clean following sanitation and safety rules.
• Follow safety policies and contribute to production goals.
• Support teammates and maintain a positive environment.
• Be flexible to work in various production areas as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
