Job summary

Pilgrim’s is hiring for a Production Hourly role in the United States. Join a fast-paced team on the processing line performing cutting, trimming, packaging, and inspection to meet strict food safety and quality standards.

You will operate equipment, keep a clean area, and follow safety and biosecurity guidelines while contributing to continuous improvement and teamwork. This hands-on position emphasizes dependability, willingness to learn, and growth within a company committed to excellence.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in poultry or food industry is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and work quickly with good communication.
• Must be a team player and able to work near others (less than 3 feet apart).

Responsibilities

• Process poultry products on the production line according to USDA and Pilgrim’s standards.
• Monitor equipment and report malfunctions or safety concerns promptly.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow safety and biosecurity guidelines.
• Support team members by sharing skills and promoting a positive work environment.
• Participate in continuous improvement and problem-solving initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned to meet production and quality goals.
• Demonstrate flexibility by working in different production areas as needed.
