The role requires leadership experience, the ability to work a Sunday-Thursday night shift (9:25pm-5:45am), and a commitment to safe food handling practices in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Lead or supervisory experience in production environment preferred.
• Ability to work night shift and stand for long periods.
• Wamiliarity with QA and USDA product quality standards (as applicable).

Responsibilities

• Oversee work at stations along the production lines for poultry products.
• Enforce safety protocols, PPE use, and lockout-tagout procedures.
• Ensure product quality per QA and USDA specifications.
• Maintain smooth operation of equipment across departments.
• Maintain a clean, safe working environment.
