Job summary

Case Farms is seeking general labor employees to support our poultry production operations in Canton, Ohio. You will work at various stations along the line, follow procedures, and help ensure product quality and safety.

We value reliable attendance, teamwork, and the ability to work quickly in a fast-paced environment. Prior poultry experience is helpful but not required, and all candidates must be legally eligible to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Experience in poultry processing preferred but not required.
• Ability to multitask and work quickly.
• Ability to work with others in a close environment.
• Demonstrate excellent attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work quickly and multitask.

Responsibilities

• Works at various stations along the production line, processing poultry food products.
• Process product according to operating procedures and quality expectations.
• Adheres to all safety requirements, including PPE, reporting unsafe acts, Lockout-Tagout, and Process Safety Management matters.
• Maintains a clean and safe working environment.
• Participates in Company and department safety programs.
• All other duties as assigned.
