Job summary

Pilgrim’s in Mount Pleasant, Texas is hiring for a Production Hourly role on our processing line. You’ll perform tasks such as cutting, trimming, packaging, and inspecting products to meet strict food safety and quality standards.

You’ll operate equipment, maintain a clean work area, and follow safety and biosecurity guidelines in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This role values dependability, willingness to learn, and the ability to work closely with colleagues across production

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma/GED preferred.
• Experience in poultry or food industry is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and work quickly with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Process poultry products on the production line according to USDA and Pilgrim’s standards.
• Monitor equipment operation and report malfunctions or safety concerns promptly.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area following safety and biosecurity guidelines.
• Support teammates by sharing skills and knowledge to promote a positive work environment.
• Participate in continuous improvement and problem-solving initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned to meet production and quality goals.
• Demonstrate flexibility by performing tasks in different areas of production as needed.
