Qualifications

• Five years of experience in poultry processing maintenance or completed entry level maintenance school certificate and pass entry level maintenance test.
• Must be able to troubleshoot and make on-the-spot corrections to emergency situations.
• Must be able to weld, arc and heli-arc, and use cutting torch.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety lock out tag out procedures.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on coop dump, paw system, Picking Room and 1st Processing Evisceration and chill equipment.
• Generate work orders, store requisitions, and report deficiencies.
