Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Process poultry products on the production line according to standards.
• Monitor equipment and report malfunctions or safety concerns.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area following safety guidelines.
• Support teammates and share skills to promote a positive atmosphere.
• Participate in continuous improvement and problem-solving initiatives.
• Perform other duties to meet production goals.
• Demonstrate flexibility by working in different production areas as needed.
