Job summary

Pilgrim’s in Douglas, GA is seeking a Production Hourly team member to join our safety-first production line. You will cut, trim, package, and inspect poultry products, operate equipment, and keep a clean area while following USDA and Pilgrim’s safety standards.

This fast-paced role rewards reliability and teamwork. You’ll work Monday–Friday with some weekend shifts, earn base pay of $17.95 per hour plus a $2.00 shift differential, and may receive a $1.00 per hour attendance incentive for

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma/GED preferred.
• Experience: Poultry or food industry experience is a plus.
• Skills: able to multitask, communicate well, and work closely with others.

Responsibilities

• Process poultry products using tools, manual labor, and equipment per USDA and Pilgrim’s standards.
• Monitor equipment operation and report malfunctions or safety concerns.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow safety, food safety, and animal welfare guidelines.
• Support team members by sharing skills and knowledge.
• Participate in continuous improvement and problem-solving initiatives.
• Perform other duties to meet production and quality goals.
• Demonstrate flexibility by working in different areas of production as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
