Job summary

Wayne Farms LLC in Collins, MS is hiring a Line Associate to support poultry processing on the production line. The role involves disassembly and various processing tasks as the line rotates through assignments.

The position requires compliance with company policies and safety rules, lifting up to 50 lbs, and readiness to work non-standard shifts. On-the-job training is provided, with benefits starting day one and a $1,000 sign-on bonus for 2nd shift.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Previous poultry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Learn and perform production related tasks surrounding poultry processing such as debone or evisceration.
• Perform all duties in compliance with Company policies and procedures, agency guidelines (i.e. NCC Animal Welfare, USDA, etc.) and Federal, State and local legal requirements.
• Follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE (e.g. non-slip footwear, earplugs, hair and beard nets, hardhats, etc.).
• Perform additional relevant duties as assigned.
